Royal Liver Building
£28.95Price
It is easy to take for granted just how beautiful the Royal Liver Building is. All Three Graces were built at the start of the 20th century as a sign to the rest of the world of how wealthy the city had become. The Liver Building was once the tallest building in Europe, and its clock faces are larger than those of Big Ben in London. The two mythical Liver Birds stand proud at the top, one watching over the city and the other out over the river and to the sea.
Calm conditions on the River Mersey on this particular evening allowed me to capture the building unusually lit in orange which reflected perfectly in the still waters below.
